Lela D. Dennis is a strategic business consultant for VSC and has over 17 years of corporate industry experience under her belt. Like Valerie, Lela also walked away from a leadership role in corporate America to help other people become more successful in their professional lives. She provided training in business selling skills and leadership development in management for a series of companies in the education, real estate, non-profit, newspaper and wireless industries.

Lela has a strong background in implementing tenets of learning organization culture, excellent facilitation skills and exceptional interpersonal and one-on-one coaching skills. She is a candidate for a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro . She is also certified in a number of training courses designed by Achieve Global, Stephen Covey, Spencer Johnson, M.D and more. She has been supportive in developing customized training courses and programs to meet the needs of business clients in a number of industries.
