Session One: Launch Your Personal Brand of Leadership - Your leadership ability always rises to the top when internal growth is aligned with a mission

Focuses on how to:

  • Understand the complexity and depth of your unique leadership style and what aspects are the most dynamic.
  • Utilize new paradigms for leading people and businesses in the 21st Century.
  • Construct consistent behavioral techniques that motivate others to follow.
  • Recognize how leaders affect change and relationships through emotional management.

Session Two: Visionary Thinking – Seize opportunities to develop a coherent description of your vision for the future, and then turn it into a definitive and workable plan.

Focuses on how to:

  • Define your sphere of influence and determine what you have to offer them based on your future plan.
  • Develop a compelling statement of the future plan that is powerful, communicable, desirable and realistic.
  • Communicate a passionate announcement of your plan that is focused, adaptive, inspires and motivates

Session Three: Strategic Talent Management – Inventory and compare the internal talent pool against the firm’s top critical critical measurement standards or valued competencies.

Focuses on how to:

  • Identify success skills and traits that can be developed in all employees.
  • Integrate newcomers into the organization in ways that maximize their ability to perform and succeed.
  • Value and leverage diversity, generational differences and inclusion strategies that produce results.

Session Four: Performance Management - Aligning business values and objectives with those of employees; results in a measurable increase of productivity and creativity.

Focuses on:

  • Design, develop, and present a personalized Beyond the Basics Leadership Implementation Project Plan.
  • Illustrate your knowledge of the varying aspects of each session.
  • Demonstrate comprehension of the course, concepts, personal assessment results, materials and information presented.
  • Present a plan to improve your company’s ability to engage and serve its customers, employees, and shareholders.
