 Anthony W. James is Managing Director for VisionSpot Consulting, LLC’s Professional Leadership Academy. He is a leadership coach, mentor and exceptionally gifted at helping youth, teens and young professionals identify their strengths and showcase their hidden talents through recreational activities andlinking their personal passions with professional ambitions. He has over 20 years of experience enriching the lives of children and young adults who are aspiring to meet the professional demands of the 21st century.
His programs are designed to enhance social development, provide positive role models, and give youth and young professionals a caring and supportive outlet, along with the opportunity to connect, interface, and learn from seasoned professionals, businesses and community leaders. As a result of his outstanding work Anthony has been featured in Mobile Press Register for successful youth and team program achievements and has received numerous accolades and awards for making a significant impact on hundreds of individuals lives personally and professionally.
He is focused and passionate about making a difference in the lives of tomorrow’s leaders today. Anthony believes that empowerment is the key for improving their self-awareness and important for putting them on the path not just to be successful but to be “GREAT”.
Anthony is spearheading the Young Professionals Boost CAMP Forums a division of the VSC’s Professional Leadership Academy. He also serves as President of Mobile Youth Athletics Board, President of Aaron Park Booster Association, a 2008 graduate of Leadership Mobile and on the board of Directors for the Wesley James Foundation, he also has over19 years of managerial experience in corporate America at Volkert, Inc. a leader in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
